Their Ice cream is so delicious that you will want to lick the jar clean every time. All the credit goes to the wonderful flavors and silky-smooth texture.
They got started in Borough Market in a small goat shack, handing out ice cream cups and cones. The more ice cream they scooped, the more people complimented them on how exceptional their product was. It was this assurance that eventually motivated them to begin manufacturing their ice cream in retail-appropriate packaging.
After making several changes in the recipe and working on the packaging, today they have ice creams that they can proudly talk about.

At Park Farm in Somerset, the Padfield family has been caring for cows and forming cheese for four generations. Their Bath Soft Cheese stall has been selling their five signature kinds of cheese at the market for years.
These include Bath soft cheese, Wyfe of Bath cheese, Kelston Park cheese, and Merry Wyfe cheese.
Their first attempt at hot cuisine was employing their favorite cheeses to create classic tartiflette and baked cheeses, which are often taken with rich and creamy milkshakes. Their soft-serve flavors include kithul, which is prepared with cashew nuts and jaggery syrup, spiced Ceylon tea with Milo and banana, alphonso mango (the greatest mangos), coconut, and toasted rice.
It is located at a place that used to be a bakery with seating for around a dozen people on stools down on Stoney Street, just next to BAO Borough & Elliot’s. After being fully built, it will have two floors and space for 60 people.
Their most famous delicacy is coconut-toasted rice. You can also try other milo-flavored ice creams, bananas, Mango, etc.
