A visit to London is not complete without checking out St Pauls London Cathedral. This beautiful church has stood the test of time and can be seen from all directions of London. It’s an iconic feature of London’s Skyline and I have drunk many a wine glass from our apartment rooftop to its view.
It’s a beautiful sight all light up in the evening. Designed by one of Britain’s most famous architects; Christopher Wren. A visit exploring the exterior also needs to be paired with views of the interior and even better are the views from the three viewing galleries. I posted a while back showcasing some of the views from St Pauls Cathedral.
On this occasion though we skipped the interior views in favour of effortless enjoyment of the city’s views. I am all for self-care and a little pampering. We had just been to Ajala Spa set within the Grange hotel right St Pauls Cathedral so we were still swirling from a good old pampering session.
I love this place so much that I am here at least once every three months for my massages and sometimes facials. They are just too good. A little self-care never hurt anyone. If anything it may even add a few more years to your life. Following our spa session, we just wanted to enjoy the city a little more before heading home and too to One New Change rooftop terrace.
The rooftop terrace at One New Change is a public Roof Terrance that a lot of tourists still haven’t caught onto yet so it’s not as crowded. You have Madison Bar and Tapas next to it and as its set within a city Mall majority of people that frequent it is people working in the city but its usually quiet when they have all gone home for the evening.
You can relax here and take in the spectacular views of St Pauls Cathedral and London skyline only shared with a few people who are in the know of this little-hidden gem. In the summer this little gem plays host to outdoor events. From yoga classes to free screening of Wimbledon. This terrace is also featured the 5 top places in London with amazing views.
