Flat Iron is another amazing joint that painstakingly selects its meat from its own bread herd of cattle. It is based near Thirsk in North Yorkshire and is cared for by third-generation beef farmer Charles Ashbridge. An optional 12.5% service can be added to your bill. All the cash & card tips go to the incredible staff.
To keep this possible, clients are advised to leave cleavers on the table, which are available to buy for £15. You may book a table at the place.
